Could I upgrade my package once I arrive to the ATV Park?

Yes, you can! Please just ask Joel Brooks (or any staff)– our Park Manager – and he will assist you in the package upgrade.

I wasn't sure before, but while riding the bike, I feel that I am really having blast - Could I upgrade my package in the middle of the ATV Jungle Tour ?

Yes, you can! Please just ask any staff or your guide. We will make sure we take pics & Videos upon request using your phone at no charge for unforgettable memories created for you.

Will someone be at the Port terminal waiting for me?

Yes! After you've made your booking with us. After 90 mins your ship has docked, one of our drivers will be there waiting holding "ATV BUGGY Caller Sign" to pick you up outside the port(ship terminal) at the Independent Tours pick up point

Port of Roatan Coxen Hole: After 90 mins the boat has docked - Simply walk out of the port to meet your driver holding ATV BUGGY caller sign

Port Mahogany Bay Terminal: This port offers you two options to exit to where the drivers will be waiting for you. Your first option is you can either get a taxi and they usually charge you $2.00 per person, or your second option is you could walk all the way out(12- 14mins) to the main gate of the port where our ATV driver will be holding up a ATV BUGGY Caller sign

How far is the walk from the terminal to the drivers?

The walk from the Mahogany Bay Port is approximately a 12-14 mins. walk. However the taxis will be available to take you up to the ridge for a small fee of $2.00 per person.

- Port of Roatan, Coxen Hole: Once your ship disembarks please walk straight to Gate #1 for your pick up. Your driver/guide will be waiting for you after 60 mins of the ship docked..

Do you offer any special prices or discounts?

Yes! For groups of 8 or more guests they will receive a 5% discount upon request on their tour price (not on transportation).

Note: Discount NOT valid on top of discounted price. In other words if the price is already discounted then 5% discount is not offered on top of the discounted prices.

Is a deposit required for a booking or reservation?

A deposit is required for parties of 8 or more and it is set at 50% per person.

How many people can be accommodated at ATV Dune Buggy Jungle Roatan at one time?

We can accommodate any amount of group bookings. Usually We have 4 professional teams each with 4 -5 guides that can handle 64 guests at any given time.

What is ATV Jungle Adventure Roatan's Cancellation Policy?

We hold your reservation slot at your time of booking onwards. Cancel 7 days before full refund. Cancel up to 3 days 50% refund. No refunds for NO SHOW. No cancellation fee applies unless a deposit was required.

WHAT'S THE MIN AGE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO DO AN ATV TOUR?

You must be 16 years or older to drive and enjoy a Dune Buggy or ATV @ Jungle Tour adventure in Roatan. If you are 15 years or younger you'll be accompanied with one of our professional drivers. Children from 4 years and up can accompany as passenger in Dune Buggy Tour in Roatan.

What is the Refund Policy?

A refund is given only when ship changes port or due to illness with medical documentation. Please note refunds are not issued due to inclement weather or NO SHOW!
